Shipping & Returns

We aim to provide you with a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Please read the following shipping policy to understand our procedures and delivery timeframes.

Order Processing:

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods:

We ship exclusively via Australia Post. Customers have the option to choose between two flat-rate shipping methods:

• Standard Postage: $10.00 (est. 2 to 6 business days)
• Express Postage: $15.00 (est. 1 to 3 business days)

Please note that the above delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to Australia Post's delivery schedules, which may vary depending on the delivery location and other factors.

Free Shipping:

As a thank you for your support, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $60.00. This is automatically applied at checkout. If you wish, you can also upgrade to express shipping for a small fee of $5.00.

Order Tracking:

We will provide you with an Australia Post tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the Australia Post website or their mobile app.

International Shipping:

At present, Beaver Pack only offers shipping within Australia.

Returns:

Returns are accepted provided it is within 30 days of shipment and the goods are undamaged. Return postage is paid for by the customer. Once received, you will receive a refund for the order, less the actual original cost of postage (even if the order was part of a 'free shipping' offer). This is simply to cover our costs as a business.

If your package arrived damaged, please let us know immediately and we will endeavour to rectify the issue.
