How do your mailers differ from Australia Post flat-rate satchels?
Our Beaver Pack mailers are amazing for levelling up your packaging game, but don't forget that you'll still need to buy postage from Australia Post.

Do you make any other bag sizes or designs?
Right now, we've only got the one size in stock (215mm x 340mm) in three different designs, but we've got big plans to roll out more sizes and designs down the road.
If you've got a particular size or design in mind, give us a shout! Your feedback is super important to us as we expand our product line-up.
Can I get a sample?
For sure, give it a go before you commit! Grab our $5 sample pack and see which design tickles your fancy. It's got all three styles and even includes postage!
Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping and which carrier do you use?
Shipping is a breeze at our store! We keep it nice and simple with flat rates. Standard Post is $10.00 and Express Post is $15.00.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post, so you can easily keep tabs on them. And don't worry, we'll have your goodies ready to go in just 1 - 2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Please note that shipping is currently limited to Australia only. We'll do our best to expand internationally in the future.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to feel 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can make things right.
If you need to return an item, that's perfectly fine as long as it is within 30 days of purchase, the item is undamaged and in a resalable condition. It's important to note that you will be responsible for covering the return postage, and the original postage cost is non-refundable.

Where are your products manufactured?
At present, our products are sourced from China. Although we would be thrilled to have them manufactured domestically in Australia, it is not currently feasible due to manufacturing limitations and overall costs.
Can your products be recycled?
Our recycled mailers can actually be recycled themselves, but not in your usual recycling bin. They're made of a special type of plastic called low density polyethylene (LDPE), so they need to be recycled with other soft plastics.
